Exporting to PDF

Hello - I have a client that is exporting to PDF and the export fails. I
have seen other posts running into the same problem, something to do with PDF
6 writer. Does Microsoft have a workaround or an update to this?
Thanks in advance. Please supply more information about what you are seeing, such as, error
messages, reproduction steps, etc.

Adobe 6 Professional. The report is around 150 pages and 800 Kb.
We are able to download via Adobe 6 reader, but have numerous formatting
problems within.
